I think we see a rather low-scoring game here but I think the value is on the Halos. LAA has been a lot more competitive with the sticks recently, especially vs. RHP. Lugo is a quality start machine and it would not surprise me to see him toss another here, but there are some regression concerns to his game as he does seem to put himself in trouble often when it comes to jams, and we did see him concede back-to-back bombs in his last outing. Sandoval is pitching his best baseball in a long time and the Royals don't have great numbers vs. LHP recently as even Tyler Anderson was able to toss a quality start on Saturday. The Angels' bullpen has been miserable for the last decade but believe it or not, it is better than the Royals in terms of xFIP and SIERA to start the year and LAA has every reliever available. I will take the plus money shot here with the Halos.
