The lefty fanned 30% with 8.8% walks. Ground balls dealt at 40.1% with 0.90 home runs per nine innings. Mets opened the season with a 5-3 victory in the opener getting three scoreless innings of relief. Marlins have lost 66 of 98 as an underdog of +100 or higher. Peterson in three starts against Miami last year allowed five earned runs with 22 strikeouts in 16 innings. Luzardo faced the Mets twice last year allowing seven earned runs in 9 1/3rd innings.
