The Indiana Pacers will travel to the Spectrum Center to take on the Charlotte Hornets tonight and I like the Hornets to cover this small home spread.

Indiana has lost their last two games and certainly are in search for some answers after being defeated by the Detroit Pistons by a 97-89 margin this past Wednesday night. Indiana shot just 24.3% from beyond the arc as the offensive has really struggled as of late, averaging just 86.5 ppg during their 2-game losing streak.

Charlotte has won their last 4 games which includes an impressive 97-87 victory over Washington this past Wednesday night. Charlotte has been known for their outstanding offense this season, which ranks 2nd in scoring offense, however, I was more impress by their defensive effort against the Wizards as it was arguably their best defensive performance of the season.

The Hornets are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall & 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games.

Charlotte should have no problems putting up points at home against a below average Indiana defense and as I think the Pacers just don’t have enough offense to keep up with the Pacers in this one, I think Charlotte has no problem winning this one by 5-10 points and covers this spread. Good Luck!
