Miami Marlins (47-53) vs New York Mets (62-37)

I get why the Marlins as a home dog would be tempting, as Pablo Lope has been really consistent as of late, allowing two runs or less in four of his last five starts. However, Taijuan Walker’s been really good himself, with a 2.12 ERA in his last eight starts and the Mets are just flat out rolling right now with wins in five straight. The Marlins have also failed to cover the run line in 12 straight home games, and while there is value on going with the -1.5 run line with that trend, I will just go the direct route of taking the Mets on the ML here.
