Ruffolo's Fantastic Five NFL #5

I sometimes hate using the public angle, but the public loves two things when it comes to NFL betting, and that’s the Dallas Cowboys and the over. Well the spot for Dallas could go either way from a side standpoint, but from a total standpoint, I’m going the other way. Little known fact, the Patriots have played 13 straight games where the total finished at 47 points or less dating back to last season. Now you might be thinking well Dallas has scored 35 points in three straight and it’s not just the Patriots on the field. However, the offensive gameplan for Mac Jones has been one where it looks like the Pats want him to succeed and it’s the same that we saw with Tom Brady in his later years, which was a short pass, dink and dunk style of offense which may not be exciting and it chews up a lot of clock, which will be key if New England wants a chance in this game as they’ll need to keep Dallas and that offense off of the field. I could see a 24-20 type of game here or something along those lines, but I think we’re staying well under the number in this one.
